The Role
In 2021, I joined this startup as its first engineer. I set up and managed the infrastructure, made the technical decisions, and worked directly with the founders and customers to decide what to build next.
A year later, I was promoted to a senior role and helped grow the team to 4 engineers. I continued to own major features end to end and improved the architecture as the product scaled.
